Mini-Monuments
Alexis Smith, 1980s. MacArthur Park. The monuments originally included a sidewalk terrazzo paver (Crazy as a Pair of Waltzing Mice - see below), a granite inlay (Mine was the Better Punch, But it Didn't Win the Wristwatch), and a bronze suitcase (She sat in Front of her Princess Dresser Trying to Paint the Suitcase out from Under her Eyes).
